The first Sweet Tooth Masterclass kicked off last night with Executive Pastry Chef Greg Burge leading the group through a practical&amp;nbsp;and mouthwatering array of dessert temptations.&amp;nbsp; Starting off with a little informal introduction into what they'd be preparing, then straight into the kitchen rolling, dipping, spooning and most importantly.. tasting!&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
What was on the menu?&amp;nbsp; Mmm, let us tell you.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mango, passsionfruit and coconut meringue tart&lt;br /&gt;
Champagne, vanilla and strawberries&lt;br /&gt;
Peppermint tea truffles&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
All took home their Steel recipe kit along with a Steel Sweet Treats Bag.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
